Chemical Kinetics:
Chemical kinetics also called reaction kinetics, is the part of physical chemistry that is treated with learning the rates of chemical reactions. It is to be related to thermodynamics, which allows with the direction in which a process occurs but in itself tells zero about its rate.
Chemical kinetics involves investigations of how experimental conditions influence the rate of a chemical reaction and yield information about the reaction's mechanism and transition states, as well as the development of mathematical models that also can explain the characteristics of a chemical reaction.
Catalytic Activity:
Increase in the rate of a particularized chemical reaction caused by an enzyme or other catalyst under specified assay conditions. It is measured in katals or in moles per second.
