Abstract:
I am the founder of the " Three-Dimensional Periodic Law of Elements," and its development involved three distinct stages: the first stage (the budding stage), the second stage (the formation stage), and the third stage (the expansion stage).
During the initial development phase, Roy Alexander, a designer for the South Carolina State University Science and Technology Exhibition, created the "Alexander's Elemental Arrangement," a three-dimensional teaching aid; Professor Yoshiteru Maeno, a physicist specializing in superconductivity at Kyoto University, invented the "Ring-Spring Elemental Table," which resembles a pen holder; Fernando Dufour, a retired chemistry professor at the Ahuntsic College in Montreal, Canada, together with William B. Jenson of the University of Cincinnati, USA, proposed a "3D periodic table"; K. Hagino and Y. Maeno from the Department of Physics at Kyoto University developed the "Nuclear Periodic Table (Elementouch);" the author also designed a "three-dimensional prototype" featuring horizontal (X-axis), vertical (Y-axis), and longitudinal (Z-axis) axes; alongside 3D models developed by researchers from other countries. Refer to the "Four Stages of the Development of the Periodic Law of Chemical Elements: Point, Line, Plane and Volume" released at the 6th World Chemical Congress. Among these "3D models" of many countries, it is undeniable that some are variations of the "planar periodic table of elements". Some are teaching AIDS or toys about the periodic table of elements. All of them were attempts to explore the "three-dimensional periodic law", but in the end, no "three-dimensional periodic law of elements" was formed. To form the "3D periodic law of elements", the first step is to collect, count and screen how many existing natural and artificial elements are in the same position? Because the "planar periodic table of elements" is the arrangement rule of "chemical elements", while the "three-dimensional periodic law of elements" is the study of the arrangement rule of "elements in the same position". The chemical elements have been identified as 118 kinds. To construct the "3D periodic law of elements", it is necessary to count down to the units place. So far, no exact statistics have been seen.
Since the author proposed the construction of the "three-dimensional periodic law of elements" in his sophomore year of university in 1957, he has begun to collect "isomorphic elements". I have begun collecting "isotopes." In addition to my regular efforts to gather such data, the following six major sections of the "Isotope Handbook" are listed in chronological order.

After statistics, screening, proofreading and error correction, there are currently a total of 2,787 elements in the same position. There are detailed statistics and list records in "Constructing the 'Three-dimensional Periodic Law of Elements'".
A reference book contains thousands of isotopes, while six reference books contain tens of thousands of isotopes. Statistics, proofreading, and error correction are also very time-consuming and expend effort. The author works alone, without assistants, advanced tools, or equipment. Computers are still advanced tools that were only available in 2006. Sometimes my 80 year old wife takes time to help.
The "Planar periodic table of Elements" is the arrangement rule of "chemical elements" (118 kinds).
The "3D Periodic Law of Elements" is the ranking rule of "elements in the isotopic elements" (2787).
The "three-dimensional formation stage" can be found in the "Brief Handbook of Isotopes in the 21st Century".
Moreover, the author discovered two important rules of isotope sequencing, and thus proposed the "Isotope Center
Theory". As for the "expansion stage", due to space limitations, it can only be reproduced next time.
