Biography:
Cai Xue, Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Zhejiang University of Technology, is a recipient of the Young Science and Technology Talent under the Zhejiang Provincial High-level Talent Special Support Program. Her research focuses on bioisomerization. She has led six projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation Key Program. As the first author, she has published 17 SCI papers in journals like Engineering and Biotechnology Advances, and obtained 22 authorized Chinese invention patents. She serves on the editorial boards of BMC Biotechnology and Engineering Food.
