Biography:
Dr. Subhashree Choudhury is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Institute of Technical Education & Research (ITER), Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, India. She has over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in the field of electrical engineering. Her research interests include smart grids, renewable energy integration, microgrid control, power electronics, energy storage systems, power quality enhancement, and artificial intelligence applications in sustainable energy systems. Dr.Choudhury has authored more than 120 peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters, holds 7 Indian patents, and has authored one book. She has been recognized among the World's Top 2% Scientists in the Energy Domain by Stanford University and Elsevier for three consecutive years (2023–2025). She serves as an Academic Editor for PLOS ONE and the International Journal of Energy Research and is a Senior Member of IEEE as well as an active member of the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS), IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS), IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES), and IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE). She has served as a Session Chair, Technical Committee Member, and Organizing Committee Member for numerous National and International Conferences.
