Biography:
Dr. Ryi received his Ph.D. from Korea University in 2008 and worked at University of British Columbia (UBC) in Canada as a post-doc. fellow. He is a principal researcher in the Greenhouse Gas Research Department at Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER). His research interests are in the development of Pd-based hydrogen selective membrane and its application, such as membrane reactors. Recently, his research has been focused on the catalysts for ammonia decomposition, natural gas steam reforming and abasement of Non-CO2 greenhouse gas such as N2O, HFCs, PFCs, NF3 and SF6. He published ~80 international journals and ~120 patents.
