Biography:
Sanya Khursheed is a PhD scholar in Analytical Chemistry at the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi, Pakistan. Her research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials for biomedical analysis, particularly the development of electrochemical and optical biosensors for early disease diagnosis. Her work includes metal nanoparticles, graphene-based nanocomposites, and biomarker detection for clinical applications. She has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and received several awards, including the American Chemical Society (ACS) Travel Grant and the Commonwealth Chemistry People's Choice Award. She is also a published poet and enjoys painting and science communication.
